This artisan gouda style cheese is made by Gunns Hill dairy using fresh Buffalo Milk from Hope Artisan Dairy Co-Op in Alymer Ontario.
Elgin Buffalo is aged for six months and has an incredibly silky texture due to the buffalo milk. You'll notice hints of brown butter, as the cheese melts on your tongue.
