"No Es Pituko" translates to "It Ain't Fancy" and refers to the Escheverria family's efforts to remove the pretension from wine culture. These wines are made naturally, without fining, filtration, or added sulphites.
The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep red with lots of brambly fruit and whiffs of green pepper on the nose. On the palate you'll fine good, well integrated acidity and nice velvety tannins and more fruit with a hint of spice. A wonderful and approachable wine suited for any occasion.
