The Tiberi family have been making natural wines from native grapes in the rolling hills of Umbria for 4 generations.
The grapes for Pistarello are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts. After 15 days of maceration on the skins in exhausted wood, the wine is hand bottled without sulphites or filtering.
Pistarello boasts a complex nose of peach, apricot, honey, and wild flowers with lingering tannins. Pairs perfectly with punchy Italian sheep and goat cheeses.
