St. Oda is Golspie Dairy’s first French-inspired cheese. It’s reminiscent of world-renowned Loire Valley chevres, but made with whole cow milk from the Golspie Dairy family farm.
The cheese is named for St. Oda of Brabant, the Blind Princess of Scotland.
The flavour is clean and little sweet. The texture is fudgey in the centre but very smooth on the palette.

Ingredients: Pasteurized whole cow's milk, salt, calcium chloride, bacterial cultures, animal rennet.
