Nanny Noire

This Camembert-style cheese is made with 100% fresh Niagara Escarpment goat milk and rolled in a thin layer of vegetable ash. Handmade from start to finish, Nanny Noire is aged for 4 weeks to help develop its delicate rind and delicate flavours. Expect notes of butter-braised mushrooms, hazelnuts, and goat cream with a delightfully lingering finish.

Pair with prosciutto, figs, and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc or cider.
