Cremoso Prosecco Rosé

A mild and creamy blue cheese developed in collaboration with Fromi's master cheesemaker and the Moro cheese dairy in Oderzo, combining a Gorgonzola Cucchiaio DOP with a 100% regional product: Prosecco. To create the cheese, Fromi developed the recipe by selecting 5% total weight prosecco. This cheese has a truly creamy texture – a genuine cream. In its taste, you will recognise the tart and sparkling attributes of prosecco. For the final touch, it is covered the cheese with beautiful rose petals that add a floral note and will attract plenty of attention on your cheese board.
