A fresh and vibrant red wine made from 100% Fer Servadou (cork dorks will also know this grape as Mansois or Braucol), which is a grape local to Gaillac, just north of Toulouse. The 2020 vintage has undergone 16 days of whole-bunch fermentation before ageing in old oak barrels. This is an elegant wine with plenty of fresh red fruit, lovely earthiness, and smooth tannins.
