A special blanc des blanc (100% chardonnay) Champagne from Mont Aimé, which is a vineyard close to Vertus. Pascal has slowly converted his vineyards organic, despite Champagne being a very tough area to farm organically. Elegant notes of fresh fruit, almonds, butter with an abundant creamy foam. Long and persistent finish.
