Chilean Orange Wine Done Right

From the Maule Valley in Chile's heartland, Bouchon's Skin is a skin-contact Sémillon that challenges expectations at every turn. Made by one of Chile's most respected family estates, this is natural winemaking with precision — wild, textural, and completely captivating.

Extended maceration on the skins gives the wine its signature amber-gold hue and a tannic grip you rarely find in white wine. The nose is aromatic and complex: dried apricot, chamomile, beeswax, and a hint of ginger. On the palate, it's full-bodied and textured — oxidative notes of walnut and dried orange peel weave through a core of stone fruit, with a long, savoury, slightly bitter finish.
