Sasa Radikon is making some of the most sought after orange wines in the world. This 100% Tocai Friulano is a must-try if you want to investigate the Mount Rushmore of natural wine.

Over the years we now have notes of dried apricots, preserved peach jam, mushrooms and damp forest floor. Despite being completely dry, the honey and preserved fruit character balances high acidity and high tannin from lengthy skin-contact (3 months). 

The term "Jakot"  is a little insider dig at EU labelling laws (it is Tokaj spelled backwards). The grape Fruiliano Tocai sounds too similar to the Tokaj wines of Hungary and is not allowed to be used on Italian wine labels. 

Made with organic farming, zero sulfur, zero temperature control and a lengthy aging process in old Slavonian oak. No one in the world is making wines that stand beside Radikon, they are truly singular.
