Traynor's winemakers followed the same process as their 2021 release, where they lightly pressed the fruit and added the skins back to the Gamay Noir red wine fermentation. The light pressing helped extract a lively pink colour and a slight hint of tannin.  Serve chilled, and be ready for under ripe strawberries and watermelon balance with pleasant effervescence.

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
