Hoodoo Ranger DIPA '26

A three-way collaboration between Badlands Brewing of Caledon, The Establishment Brewing, and The Dandy Brewing from Calgary — brewed to celebrate The Establishment and Dandy's 9th anniversary, and named with the kind of swagger that a double IPA at 8.5% ABV deserves. Hoodoo Ranger is a hazy DIPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Peacharine, and Wai-iti, with cold-pressed hop juice added for maximum freshness and intensity.

The hop selection is doing serious work here: Nelson Sauvin brings white wine and gooseberry character; Motueka adds lime and tropical fruit; Peacharine and Wai-iti pile on the stone fruit and citrus. The result is a beer dripping in peach, nectarine, mojito lime, and tropical fruit, with the soft, pillowy texture of a well-made hazy and enough bitterness to keep it from being cloying.
