A lovely and unique cheese from the island of Corsica. This young sheep's milk cheese is liberally coated with local herbs and botanicals during the aging process. Juniper, rosemary, chilies and more combine with the bright and tangy sheeps milk to produce a cheese firmly rooted in the islands terroir.
Pair this cheese with a bottle of Rose Sciaccarellu, a rich and complex rose from the same region. It's generous body counterbalances the zippy acidity of the young cheese to perfection.
Our cheese case is small and meticulously cared for. We don’t try to carry everything, but instead we scour the field for tasty and interesting cheeses that satisfy the imagination as much as they satisfy the palate. We keep an ever rotating selection of about 45 cheeses in stock so there is always something new to try, but you can count on finding your favourites too--and every one of them is delicious!
Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA everyday except Sunday! We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
