Bleu Benedictine

Bleu Benedictine is a blue, semi-soft cows milk cheese from Quebec. It is made by the monks at Benedictine Abbey in Saint-Benoit-du-Lac, the only cheese producing Abbey in North America. 

The cheese has a natural rind and is soft and creamy with earthy, mushroomy aromas and salty, sharp flavour. 

Our cheese case is small and meticulously cared for. We don’t try to carry everything, but instead we scour the field for tasty and interesting cheeses that satisfy the imagination as much as they satisfy the palate. We keep an ever rotating selection of about 45 cheeses in stock so there is always something new to try, but you can count on finding your favourites too--and every one of them is delicious!
Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA everyday except Sunday! We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
