It's easy for us to find new cool wines all the time that cost a lot of money, but everyday gems that don't destroy the CIBC Visa Debit card are harder to come by. Vendanges Nocturnes just means they harvest these Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard grapes at night to preserve acidity. It's refreshing, easy-going, but complex enough for us wine nerds. Lemon, lime, pear, and apple notes. Crisp and crowd-pleasing.
