It's a mouth-watering, juicy yet pulpy wine with preserved lemon, quinine and crunchy pear fruit and a wonderfully tonic finish. Textural yet thirst-quenching with savoury complexity on the driven finish--this is a joy to drink, and offers tremendous value.
