Domaine Frédéric Brouca Vermouth

Frédéric Brouca is a natural wine producer based in Faugères, in the Languedoc — one of the most exciting appellations in southern France, known for its ancient schist soils and its community of committed, low-intervention vignerons. His vermouth is a natural extension of that philosophy: organic wine from his own estate, fortified with organic grape spirit, and gently infused with botanicals foraged and sourced from the Mediterranean Basin.

Vermouth made this way — from a real winemaker, with real wine, and real botanicals — is a fundamentally different thing from the industrial versions that dominate the category. The base wine brings character and terroir; the Mediterranean herbs, flowers, and roots bring complexity and a sense of place that you can taste. Serve it over ice with a slice of orange as an aperitif, use it to make the finest Negroni or Martini you've ever had, or splash it into a pan sauce. Keep it in the fridge after opening.
