This cheese is named after the cheesemakers great-grandfather Alfred Bolduc. A nod to the family's heritage and commitment to keeping traditions alive, stewarding the land, and leaving to future generations in even better condition.
The cheese itself had a woodsy aroma with a floral, nutty flavour.
