Located in Montagne de Reims, Aubry is run by two brothers who became well-known for rehabilitating the heirloom varietals. This blend contains rare Champagne varietals Petit Meslier, and Fromenteau along with the more common Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, & Pinot Noir. It is very limited production and the wines all have a lovely richness to them, while still retaining finesse and elegance.
