Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil

Tenorio is a Portuguese conservas producer rooted in the traditions of the Iberian canning industry — a craft with over a century of history along the Portuguese and Spanish Atlantic coast, where the cold, nutrient-rich waters produce some of the finest tuna in the world. This tin is a benchmark of the form: whole tuna fillets, packed in olive oil with salt, and nothing else.

The fillet format matters. Where flaked or chunk-style tuna prioritises convenience, the fillet preserves the natural texture and structure of the fish — firm, meaty, and cohesive, with a clean flavour that speaks directly to the quality of the raw material.
