Woodfolk's cider maker uses Golden Russet apples at their peak ripeness to make a rich and full bodied cider that they then age on foraged Spruce Tips from around the Woodfolk Farm.
Tastes like last year's sunshine mixed with a cool fall morning all in a sparkling package. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
