The Azores Wine Company farms some of the most extraordinary vineyards in the world — ancient vines growing in black volcanic basalt on Pico Island, a UNESCO World Heritage landscape where the Atlantic Ocean is never more than a few kilometres away and the vines have been tended in the same way for centuries. The Rosé Vulcânico is their entry into the category: a wine that carries all the drama of the terroir in a bottle that's genuinely unlike anything else you'll open this summer.

Made from indigenous Azorean varieties grown on volcanic soils, this is a rosé with real character — pale and luminous in the glass, with aromas of wild strawberry, citrus, and a distinctive saline, mineral quality that comes directly from the ocean air and the volcanic rock. The palate is crisp and refreshing with bright acidity and a long, clean finish. Pair it with grilled seafood, fresh cheese, or simply drink it on its own as the most interesting rosé on the table. Serve well chilled.
