Ribolla Gialla '25

Perusini is a historic estate in the Friuli Colli Orientali — one of northeastern Italy's most distinguished wine zones, where the Slovenian border runs through the hills and the indigenous grape varieties are unlike anything grown anywhere else. Ribolla Gialla is the grape that defines this corner of Italy: an ancient variety with roots going back centuries, producing whites of striking freshness, mineral precision, and a distinctive citrus-driven character that makes them some of the most food-friendly wines in the Italian canon.

Perusini's '25 is a textbook expression of the variety — pale gold in the glass, with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, and a flinty, mineral quality that speaks directly to the limestone-rich soils of the Colli Orientali. The palate is crisp and focused with vibrant acidity and a clean, long finish. Pair it with seafood, fresh pasta, prosciutto di San Daniele, or a young, delicate cheese.
