Pippeno Tinto

Cacique Maravilla is one of Chile's most celebrated natural wine producers — a small, fiercely independent operation run by Felipe Tosso and his family in the Bio Bio and Itáta valleys of southern Chile, where old-vine País and Muscat have been grown by small farmers for generations. Pippeno Tinto is their entry-level red and one of the most beloved natural wines coming out of South America: a joyful, gulpable, deeply flavourful wine made from old-vine País with minimal intervention and maximum personality.

At 11.9% ABV it's light and lively — think Beaujolais energy with a distinctly Chilean soul. Expect bright red fruit, wild herbs, a hint of earth, and a fresh, almost effervescent quality that makes it irresistible to drink.
