Valérie Courrèges came to winemaking via chemistry and some of the world’s most storied cellars — including Opus One in Napa. Now back in Provence with her own project, she farms biodynamically and makes the wines she loves: precise, expressive, and deeply rooted in place.

Le Vents dans les Voiles — “the winds in the sails” — is her rosé, and it is everything a great Provence rosé should be. Pale, dry, and elegant, with the freshness of the Mistral wind and the warmth of the southern sun in every glass. Expect delicate red fruit, a whisper of Provence herbs, and a clean, mineral finish that makes it impossible to stop at one glass.
