Fogarina Spumante Brut NV

Fogarina is a rare indigenous grape variety from Emilia-Romagna — a close relative of Lambrusco, but with its own distinct personality and a story that nearly disappeared entirely before producers like Gualtieri committed to preserving it. This Spumante Brut is one of the few expressions of Fogarina you'll find outside of Italy, and it's a genuinely exciting bottle: a dry, lively sparkling rosé with the kind of character that only comes from a grape grown in the place it belongs.
