24mo Comte

 The most popular cheese in France! Comte is always made with raw cow's milk and can be aged anywhere from six-months to several years. We feel that 24-months is the sweet spot where you find optimal flavour development while maintaining a creamy, velvety texture in the milk. This cheese is complex with flavours of brown butter, alonside sharp, salty notes and bone broth. We love it on its own, but it also melts spectacularly.
