This brie-style cheese is made with 100% grass fed, non-gmo water buffalo milk from H.O.P.E. Artisan Dairy Co-op. This cheese has a thin rind with a brilliant white, incredibly velvety paste inside. The aroma is mild and milky with a flavour that brings to mind cracked walnuts and fresh cream up front with a little hint of mushrooms & wet earth creeping in the back. Serve this with some figs alongside a glass of Viognier and you're set.
Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
