Their Spicy Mussels are inspired by the Spanish escabeche tradition: EU Certified Organic mussels cultivated off the coasts of Spain and Portugal, packed in a bold, tangy sauce of apple cider vinegar, organic Spanish paprika, red bell pepper, and cayenne pepper.

The result is a tin that bursts with flavour — smoky and sweet from the paprika, bright and tangy from the vinegar, with a clean, building heat from the cayenne. The mussels are plump and tender, absorbing the sauce beautifully. Cultivated mussels improve water quality, create habitat for other marine life, and leave a minimal carbon footprint — one of the most sustainable proteins you can eat.
