From the roaster: Fredesvinda Estela is a member of the El Morito producer group consisting of neighboring farms in the San José de Lourdes area. Thanks to collective investment the group continues to improve processing infrastructure and now share a network of tanks and stations for washing and drying. At her El Cacao farm, Fredesvinda focuses on plant health through soil regeneration, composting, and plot renovation.
Expect mild acidity with layers of rich chocolate over delicate orange flavours.
