From the roaster: Yuki Minami is the amazing visionary behind our long standing partner group Aequitas, which is guided by its principles of “justice, transparency and fairness”. Beyond advocating for her neighboring farmers, helping raise crop quality throughout São Gotardo, and training co-op members with her Q-grader background, Yuki also grows incredible coffee! She works both her Olhos D’agua & San Antonio farms, with this lot coming from the former.
Expect peanut brittle, toffee, jammy raspberry, and milk chocolate flavours.
