Christmas Pudding

A traditional Christmas pudding made with the finest vine fruits, apples, apricots, almonds and ginger blended with ale and brandy.

Ingredients: Vine fruit (sultanas, rasins, currents), gluten free BBC chockwork orange beer, sugars (dark muscovado sugar, ginger crush (ginger, sugar, water), glace cherries (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, firming agent: calcium chloride), pasteurized free range egg, non-hydroginated vegetable suet, ground almonds, unsulphured apricots, breadcrumbs, wheat flour, brandy, orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice, mixed sprice, lemon zest, nutmeg, ground ginger.
