It can only be made once a year - the fresh hop cones must be used the same day they are harvested, aka literally picked from the vine and put in our kettle in less then an hour. It's giving notes of balanced floral, melon, soft citrus and oh so delicate fruity spice - a kiss of minerality and a dash of barely there tartness bring it all together for a nice time.

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
