The Caille family have been making wine for 5 generations. And it shows. This is a delicate and elegant bubbly made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Grolleau. A fresh and fruity pale rose. These bubbles are committed, right to last drop. Light floral notes will meet you first, followed by strawberry and starfruit. Crisp and refreshing on the palate. A tried and true shop favourite.
