Smoky Eggplant with Fried Garlic

Ingredients: Eggplant, Tahini (sesame seeds), Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Kosher Salt, Dried Mint, Black Pepper.

Using a combination of traditional cooking methods from the Mediterranean and surrounding regions, The Poet Kitchen roasts whole eggplants and garlic over an open fire, which lends this dip its smoky undercurrent. Over the flame these ingredients are transformed into a thick texture that is sweet, rich, and exceptionally delicious. A hint of mint adds a unique twist for a dip with complex layers of flavour with a soft, creamy texture.

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
