A white solera created from 2019-2022. This wine was created without a whole lot of planning, Each year, Milan Nestarec and his team would add to the barrel various levels of Gruner, Chardonnay, & Riesling without much forethought as to what the finished product should be, but with faith that they would know when they got there. The result was Dopamin, A three year solara blend with energy & verve but rounded out in all the right ways. The grapes have truly come together to create a beautiful whole. Easy to love.
