Bulles du Comptoir #13 Cuisine du Dimanche Champagne

One of our favourite champagnes we receive. Charles Dufour makes exceptional wine in Cote des Bars. His family has been making wine for generations and in 2008 he took over the family vinyards. 

Charles farms organically, with deep respect for the land. This cuvee is 60% Pinot Blanc, 40% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc.  65% of the grapes are from the 2022 vintage with the remaining coming from an exceptional réserve perpetuelle dating back to 1982 with this father's wines. Fermentation and 12 months with 3/4 old oak and 1/4 in stainless steel.  15 months in bottle on its fine lees. Disgorgement May 2025. Extra Brut. No SO2 added.
