Blaufränkisch '22

The Meinklang farm is a closed loop. Their Angus cattle populate the landscape at Lake Neusiedlersee. Cows are the central element in biodynamic farming and complete an ecological circle. They are the source for nutritious, organic fertilizer for their vineyards. 

A hands off approach during vinification is crucial and lends to the character of the wine. Without any artificial yeasts or any additives, the must is bottled during the spontaneous fermentation. Unfiltered and with no added sulphur, this wine is an example of what nature has to offer each vintage. 

Bramble berries dipped in chocolate on the nose while the palate is all juicy juicy cherry.
