A lovely and bold expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine was fermented in open containers and hand plunged. It spent 42 days on skins and was pressed into French Oak where is rested for 14 months.
The result is an aromatic, herbaceous wine with lots of red and black fruit on the palate and a rich and powerful body. Enjoy today or let it sleep for a few years.
