Bastian Beny is a 7ha project in the Rheinhessen in Germany. Biodynamic since 2023 and working naturally with Riesling, Chardonay, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, Scheurebe, Dornfelder, Portugieser, Muller Thurgau & Kerner.
This is a hand-harvested white, wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered and well-farmed. Petrol notes alongside lemon and lime zest. Easy-drinking and light-bodied. Some salty notes as well. One of our favourite new producers!
