Treccia Affumicata is only made with milk from the same day. The curds are stretched and braided, before being lightly smoked and aged for around 2 months. Slightly sweet and lactic interior, lightly smoked over beechwood. Great for snacking with cured meats and veggies, also melts well. Try it on pizza, or thinly sliced on a sandwich.
