Weight: 200g
Country: Spain
Type: Firm
Milk:Pasteurized Sheep
Tasting Notes: Dense but light, with a mild tinge of lanolin that marries well with the floral aromas.
How we use it: a perfect addition to any cheese board with a glass of Chablis or Sauvignon Blanc.
Details: Made in the La Mancha region of Spain, which is best known for Manchego. The milk used to produce this cheese is rich and earthy, with an almost lanolin silkiness, and aged for at least 4 months before being covered in a melange of edible dried flowers that are native to the region. Unlike traditional Manchego, the rind is completely edible!
