Alexina's Verdict offers a distinctive taste thanks to a unique blend of cow's, goat's and sheep's milk. Firm at first, its texture becomes runny as the cheese ages. Our cheese will certainly appeal to the most demanding cheese lovers.
In addition to associating with the colors of the Acadian flag, the 3 milks reflect the complicity of the regions of Maine, Madawaska and Témiscouata in the organization of the Congrès Mondial Acadien which took place in 2014.
Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
