Made with organic Gamay & Cab Franc, this wine is all crunchy red fruit.

Both direct press and saignée (bleeding) methods were used to make this rosé; this was done to provide selected juice extraction leading to expressive aromas, colour, fruit character with a textured balanced palate. Raspberries, watermelon, Rooh Afza soda.
