We like crazy experimental wines and finding some wierd funky wines somedays, but not everyday- some days you want an absolutely perfect classic wine that tastes like a perfect representation of its region. This is great New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and tastes like great New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
This organic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is grassy, tropical, dry, crisp and refreshing. Zippy, with notes of elderflower and grapefruit. You want it with some Grey Owl cheese or 6 oysters each. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
