Low production, vibey blend from the tiny town or Caux in Langudoc. This wine is a blend of Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, & Cinsault, macerated for about a week and then pressed off and aged in tank. It's a stunner with lots of candied red fruits. A definite must try if you like things fresh and a little wild.
