Roberto Maestri farms his vines organically and bottles with minimal sulphur, letting the grape and the land do the talking.

Deep ruby-violet with a frothy, persistent mousse. The nose is vivid and joyful: fresh blackberry, sour cherry, violet, and a hint of earthy funk that grounds it beautifully. On the palate, it's dry, lively, and refreshing — bright acidity, soft tannins, and a clean, slightly bitter finish that makes it dangerously easy to drink.
