This is essentially a declassified Tokaj!

Tímea Éless is making the wines at Szolo with a tiny 0.3ha inheritance of vines from her grandfather. It's exciting to see sweet wines getting made with biodynamics and organic farming in these classic regions.

Made from the grapes Furmint and Hárslevelű in Hungary. The grapes are all botrytised (a type of raisining which concentrates sweetness and flavours).

Candied orange, peach, vanilla, baking spice, honey, mushrooms and earth notes are balanced with a nice acidity. Try with some Stilton or Wildflower Honey.
