This Savagnin focuses on purity, precision, and elegance. Young Savagnin vines grown on marl soils. Fermented and aged in barrels for 18 months.
Lemon zest, white grapefruit, almond, and crushed chalk rise from the glass with shimmering clarity. It is straight, with cool acidity that cutting through the fruit like mountain air. There’s no veil of oxidation here, just pure expression of the terroir, tense and vibrant. Saline edge and citrus peel lingering on the finish. A quiet revolution in Jura known for its oxidative soul.
