Hand picked fruit, fermented in open containers. 1/3 whole bunch for complexity and texture. Kept on skins for 12 days, pressed to french oak puncheons (1/3 new) and aged in barrel for 7 months. Wine shows intense spice and red fruit on the nose with enough freshness on the palate with nice length.
